For the Switch - even if they're going to stop making games for it soon (which I doubt), there's a six-year library to enjoy (maybe more than that?) and that's quite a lot of value for the money IMO. Also, given Joy-Con drift, I really would recommend the OLED. (It's amazing how much more joy I got from my original-flavor Switch when I just changed the joycons to pretty colors I like....)
