Haha this song is not at all representative of ALL his songs (he has easier breakup songs!!!), but definitely representative of what made him and his collaborations with Vincent Fang so iconic in the Mandopop scene! XD (Btw for reference my favorite one is 菊花台/Chrysanthemum Bed, which has somewhat similar themes but is much slower and imo more emotionally resonant.)
