Not sure I can continue at all since I've been busy and my Bilibili subscription is probably going to expire soon, but there are several places you can watch the live action (to my amusement):

1) Youtube (official playlist): Free and legal! But subs are atrocious (MTL).

2) Dramacool - The not-so-legal option. Last time I checked the subs were MTL and idk if they ever reuploaded with better subs.

3) Bilibili TV (official international platform) - Passable subs, the best of all the streamable options so far! Ep 1 was entirely watchable for me. It's a paid subscription, though, and I'm not sure how accessible the site/app is overseas - the commenters seem to be mostly from SEA, but I had a friend in the US who was able to watch the Link Click donghua on the website, so... maybe?

4) Fansubs - I believe at least one group has picked this up as a fansub project. When I was checking in a couple weeks ago, the fansub progress was still at around episode 10 (out of 24)... And the eps are 50 mins each so it might take some time for them to finish...
