oh, I want to go visit that cat and eat that breakfast! (Is that refried beans or azuki pudding or something else entirely, in the bowl?) and I'm glad you had mooncakes; I agree that yolks should be SALTY, the contrast is the point. I'm not sure I would be able to turn down a decadent chocolate mooncake, though.
